The citizens bank we go to in Eastlake is just wonderful. Everyone is polite, courteous and will go the extra mile to help you. Been banking there for years. Will not go anywhere else.

Ms.Milsic was extremely friendly, helpful, informative, accurate and quick. She made opening a new account extremely easy. I really like how self sufficient the account is. Especially at the ATM. Able to set preferences and do simple tasks, like change pin numbers.
