However, there are some concerns about limited parking, especially for those without cars, and the presence of potholes in certain areas. It's basically the projects just painted blue. The rent is outlandish for the size of the units as well as the overall upkeep of the grounds, and look of the place. The whole place needs to be remodeled and exterminated. This is my personal opinion/review as a visiting guest of a family member who used to live there.

Nice appartment. Nice office and maintenence staff who were polite, professional, prompt and helpful. Good neighbors. All around Nice quiet community and a great place to live. The upkeep of the grounds was excellent. I'd recommend dover to anyone. They really try hard to give the tenant a good experience.

Great place to live. Management is very friendly and helpful.I love my apartment. They really did a great job with the updates. I would highly recommend living here. It’s nice and peaceful. Great community.
