We chose the handicapp room with walk-in shower. Room was very clean, the bed very comfortable you could smell the clean sheets. Soft pillows very comfortable. The price was reasonable. I love the shower accessories , lotion ,body wash in the shower. Built in chargers for your phone. The only thing that was dissappointing website listed a pool in the pool has been closed since Covid.Nearby activities: This is near a lake Erie in Cleveland.Food & drinks: No Free Continental Breakfast .

This was the worst place ever. The owners are disrespect and the sheets look like they are never changed. And when asked for service they acted like you were bothering them. Stay away from this place.

The hotel is nice, good parking lot for trucks and trailers, good location, cameras around the whole building, but the reason for this review is the two wonderful women I dealt with in the lobby!! Connie and Teresa where both great to deal with, they both met me with a smile, nice words, and great attitudes!!! I can say that it truly made my day better and will be staying here again if I'm every in the area just because of them.

It was really a peaceful getaway for my partner and I. It was clean and the service from all staff members was very helpful. I especially appreciate Sandy being helpful with the check-in and check-out process. She even was running the breakfast section and the front desk portion. Thank you Four Points in Eastlake staff! I’m looking forward to coming back to stay again!

If you like getting woken up my every employee here this is the spot for you, maintenance guy knocked on my door 5 times to see if i was in my room even tho i didnt ask for any maintenance work and when i would ask who is it he would say nevermind like ok are you trying to go through my stuff whats going on, then you have the house keepers knocking like the police, if you just stop knocking you can hear me saying no thank you, the front desk they were so nice the owner is very respectful loved her service and the gentleman that works the desk as well, good place just the workers are nosey

The hotel is nice and clean. Everything is great about the hotel except the lady in the front desk during the day. She is super rude and not friendly at all. She will give you rude answers and she will change her tone in front of her manager(dual personality) .. So wierd. I did not like her and her service other than that everything well went.

Worst hotel ever!! Read the reviews and think twice before booking here.PROS:Close to my job site.Close to a lot of restaurants.Cons:Roaches in roomStains on dirty carpet in room.Outdated hotelBad part of clevlandRude front desk and staff.DOES NOT ABIDE BY MARRIOTT CORPORATE POLICIES FOR MEMBER TIERS.I just asked for a late check out as GUARANTEED to me per Marriotts Corporate policies and was told straight NO!!LolCalled marriott and after 2 days of them arguing with the owner and the owner actually yelling and cussing at the Marriott representative, they finally gave in and let me stay a tad longer than normal.The hotel itself is outdated. The pool is broke and out of service. The carpets dirty. Safe in the room was broke. Found pieces of candy wrappers all over the room. Saw a roach in my room. Found spider in bathroom. Microwave in the hall, not in rooms.Ice machine on 2nd floor so prepared for a journey to get ice.Overall it was just a horrible stay and nothing like i'm used to from the marriott brand. And last night was my 208th night in marriotts this year alone.This place is just not a good place to stay. Book at your own risk and see for yourself if you're a glutton for punishment. :)Wish google reviews would allow me to post pictures of everything as i have a TON of them.I even took video of how i left the room because im nervous they will retaliate against me via my cc. THATS HOW UNREASONABLE AND LOOSE CANNONED THE OWNERS ARE!!!BE PREPARED FOR ANY BAD CASE SCENERIO HERE FOLKS.Rooms: Dirty musty rooms.Bugs in roomsSafety: Worst part of ClevelandNoteworthy details: Very rude indian owners. One of the better places in the locality, modern, clean, spacious and comfortable, with friendly staff. Well-priced for what you get and well situated just outside. Cleveland. Near major thoroughfares and close to shopping and food. We plan on staying here again when we are in the area.

I wish there was a no star rating, I know most not gonna take one rating & really won’t believe it or think it’s that bad… THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY UP TO MANAGEMENT IS COMPLETELY TERRIBLE! I watched as they only accommodates current people! Even made a man pay in cash!? Checking in seemed like a problem, & was bothered by even helping! I do NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE OF COLOR TO STAY HERE! After at 14 hour drive, still wasn’t worth finishing my check in, so I left & rather find something else

I hosted my son’s wedding here and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The entire hotel staff was attentive and very kind and helpful. I will always recommend Four Points.
