I would never recommend steven's auto.He quoted me $250 for a remote start then when I walked in, he told me it would be $290 then it went up to $350 then got an attitude when I told him I didn't want to do it.
Now, I understand why they are always moving every month.

Talked to me as if we were friends. Led me to think that he knew what he was doing. Did a terrible job installing my amps. Didn't secure them to the car. Just wired them up and let them slide around. Left the turn on wire off of one amp. Left tons of wire strands all around the amps. Hit the foot area of my door with a hammer, leaving a dent there. Lastly my seat belt holder cable was cut, now I'll need to replace that for $200 too. I don't know the thoughts of people but all I can do is to guess that he was jealous of my equipment that I was getting installed. I don't know. He definitely has some mental issues though. I definitely will never take my car there again, and if you're smart, you won't either. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL.

Went in for a remote start and the service was quick and the staff was very informative on the use of the system. I had one put on by them about 20 years ago and received the same knowledgeable service I received today and the prices are very reasonable.

Was told by several people they do good work I did not have that experience. Made appointment but truck wasn’t actually ready until after 7:30pm. If I had needed to be rescheduled I gladly would have rather than got a rushed sloppy mess. Exterior wise lots of residue under mirrors and windows the bed of the truck didn’t get touched. See photo not sure what was drug across the window seal that caused this kind of damage. Interior was better but it too looked extremely rushed with the dash covered with spots. Extremely disappointed to pay as much as I did and get my vehicle back damaged and looking the way it does. Wouldn’t recommend.If the owner would have left his contact info rather than calling me a liar a not customer when I literally have the receipts and phone calls that I’ll gladly post I would have been willing to possibly resolve this.

I had made an ill advised adventure down a tree and shrub lined road, with the branches rubbing up against the truck. Ken did an awesome job wet sanding and buffing out the scratches in my truck. The tri-poly glaze gives a "soft" feel to the paint and really makes it shine.
