Great service from Unique Auto! I had multiple scratches on a passenger door I had let go for over a year. They were able to provide me an estimate over within an hour and the prices were much more reasonable than the other places I had looked. They completed the work a day faster than originally stated and there were no surprise charges at pick up. Thanks

Of all the used car lots I have been to, this is by far the best. I had lots of experiences with other lots trying to sell me poor quality cars, and was not expecting much of this one at first. I was pleased to find that Unique Auto was the complete opposite of the other places I had encountered, and is a trustworthy business. I got a great deal on a car that is in extremely good shape for a used car, and the customer service was great. I was not misled or pressured in any way to buy something I didn't want, and the guy who sold me the car was extremely helpful. I generally would not recommend a used car lot to anyone, WITH THE EXCEPTION of this one. I would absolutely recommend Unique Auto to anyone looking for a good used car. I have no complaints about it whatsoever.

BEST customer service in Cleveland/East lake ever. Not only does he sell great cars at a reasonable price, he triple check them. Whatever is wrong with the car they fix. And he has paperwork to prove it. They are all about satisfying their customers. I love everything about this place and will definitely refer my friends and family to them.

Unique Auto was an amazing place to buy a car! I found my dream car at Unique Auto! I took a test drive, loved the car, and went through the process of buying it. They made it very easy to understand what I was signing and why I was signing it. I knew ahead of time it’s an older car but it’s in great condition. There was no known problems and they even did an oil change for free. I’ve been driving it for the past month and it’s been amazing. I absolutely love it and I highly recommend Unique Auto!

Very happy with the service I received and the purchase of my vehicle , got a great deal on a clean , well maintained used car, I have been shopping for a car for over 2 months, glad I came to Unique , I asked many questions and checked the car out top to bottom the owner helped me and answered all my questions and was honest , I will say he knows a lot about cars, Wow.
