I have never had a better car buying experience in 50 years of car buying!!! The day after we brought the car home, it didn’t start. I was panicked. MJ had the car towed from Chagrin Falls to Wickliffe immediately. It was a starter problem, a freak problem that just happened. No way of seeing this ahead of time. I plan on buying my daughter a car next month! I have already told my Family and friends, and they plan on checking out Avenue Motorcars when in the market for a car. By the way, when i wanted to have my personal mechanic check over the used car, because i was so afraid of buying a lemon, MJ not only agreed to have it checked out, he drove it to my mechanic himself! You don’t find this kind of service at the large scale Big name Dealerships ! This is like the olden days , where people could trust a car dealership!!!”

“I had a great experience and I definitely was a little nervous from the reviews. I was either going in to something horrible or good. I’m also open minded and knew I am the type of person who will research and do my own due diligence. I was looking for a reliable, safe car for my son and the process here was easy. I was able to take it to my own mechanic and do my own due diligence without any issue. The owner was nice and although he didn’t give me that break in price (I was going to take off one star like I joked with you about ?) it was a great deal, great car and knowing it checked out safe for my son was a nice peace of mind.

“I purchased a USED 2010 Chrysler Town and country about 4 months ago. Initially I was upset because it needed a new radiator the day after I purchased it. I purchased it for $1900 with 196K miles on it. But I will say that since I got a new radiator( as well as shocks and struts ($1200 total) the car has operated at an optimal level. All in all for a 15 Y/O used vehicle she's still running strong. I will change my review to 4 stars.”

I visited late Friday evening and Mike hung out until we closed the deal. Very helpful and overall I enjoyed the experience.
