You need to control your police officer and door checker. It’s not legal for you to stop and demand by law I return to your store and show a damn receipt. I will be putting in a complaint with EPD on officer. Do it again and I will force your hand and then sue. Please correct this issue with your employee

Gonna go ahead and leave this here as a time stamp before i come back with my receipt. I have a pair of andis clippers i purchased. Bagged and set behind a self-serve kiosk. I’ll be back to get them. Total proof of purchase. Please hold them. Wouldn’t have happened if i had an associate on hand. See ya soon

This is a super clean, well stocked WalMart! The staff are helpful and courteous, shelves are well stocked and everything is in order. The parking lot and carts are clean and well organized. A great shopping experience!

Average Walmart experience. The employee was actually helpful in finding what we were looking for. The display just wasnt great. Couldn't find the product we went in to look for since it was well hidden and the one I wanted from last year was discontinued.

Worked here before and do not care about employees life situation and customer service has went way down. When you haven’t been helped employees walk right past you and not even ask if you need help. This store needs adjustment

This store is horrible, employees are rude and shelves are never stocked. You really need to pay attention to dates on products from the grocery ill's. I have found out of date products onore than one occasion here. The photo below was taken on 11-12, look at the tag.

Recently, I've seen slight improvements. Usually no to little wait for self check outs. Items have been decently stocked. The crowd has been chill (I think an Eastlake cop consistently being there has helped). Prices may have gone up a little? But still cheaper than most alternatives. Inflation ?

A bit disappointed in the deli. Not sure why so many self checkouts, & few assisted. The cashier rocked! Nice, fast & proficient! Noticed 3 employees chatting while working in the Isles. Maybe chatting with other coworkers?. All & all it was ok.

This was my first time ever using Walmart delivery and it will be my last. I ordered 23 items & when the driver came, I asked her was this everything and she said yes. I go in to put my groceries away & 5 items were missing in my order. I Called the store right after I noticed and they told me I have to call customer service to get a refund because they scanned the items which the driver never gave to me. I call customer services 2 times because the first call got disconnected. The 2nd call they said they processed the refund but couldn’t tell me the total and said I would receive an email in 48 hours as well as the refund. It’s been over 48 hours so I call today to find out that since I signed they can’t refund me and I would have to dispute with my bank. Am I supposed to go through every item in my grocery order while the driver stands there waiting and then sign to confirm I have everything? I was lied to when I called about a refund. They won’t do anything about this inconvenience. It was their driver that failed to do her job.

I called the vision center in the morning to inquire about our insurance. I was told they did accept our insurance so I took my kids after school. Th staffer I ended up with was a miserable who resembled an adult with fetal alcohol syndrome. My child previously had glasses through Walmart, but sh required me to show his insurance card. An educated, customer facing person would simply call the provider service number for our instep capture the new number. She balked and simply said I have to have the card. I went home and called the customer service number and was told every provider has or has access to the same number I was given.I will return tomorrow to take pics of this lazy employee who would rather chase work away to converse with her doublewide trailer mate.So sad. A complete waste of a salary.
