“Several years ago I bought a water pump from O'Reilly's and the thing blew apart driving down the road through the fan into the radiator tore up the belt the brand new belt did all kinds of damage186 dollars worth of damage O'Reilly's replaced everything including the radiator they even paid for the mechanic to fix it again I go no place else if that doesn't show customer commitment then I don't know what does. I am forever a customer of O'Reilly's Eaton Ohio and even other O'Reilly's I mean that just spoke volumes of their commitment to customer satisfaction thank you O'Reilly's much appreciated. In Eaton Ohio.The guys did a pro job, which included torquing the lug nuts, a short test drive followed by another lug nut torque check.(FYI: the reason a lot of rotors need to be ground/trued or replaced is due to shops using rattle guns only and not torquing wheel nuts correctly. )Services: Auto tire replacement”
