“They were the only place around 50 mi that had body mount bolt kit for my truck, thank you! PS: Dorman shorted me 1/6 bolts in the kit, I matched the bolts to my original, but failed to count them for some reason, reused one old bolt.”
“Several years ago I bought a water pump from O'Reilly's and the thing blew apart driving down the road through the fan into the radiator tore up the belt the brand new belt did all kinds of damage186 dollars worth of damage O'Reilly's replaced everything including the radiator they even paid for the mechanic to fix it again I go no place else if that doesn't show customer commitment then I don't know what does. I am forever a customer of O'Reilly's Eaton Ohio and even other O'Reilly's I mean that just spoke volumes of their commitment to customer satisfaction thank you O'Reilly's much appreciated.
