I have shopped and gotten prescriptions at CVS in Eaton Ohio for 20–25 years at least. Probably more than that if any one is counting. Have been treated well always never a problem !!!!

CVS Eaton has been my pharmacy for the past 11 years. They do an amazing job. Whenever my heart medicine script needs renewed, they are always on top of it. And if I ever have any questions about my prescriptions, they always have the answer. They are always professional and helpful.

I can’t give them a zero star. Tired of fighting them to get my grandson’s medicine right. It’s special order so they need to order it a few days before the fill date but they won’t, so he runs out before it comes in. Then last month they gave us 6 to make it until the medicine came in, but we ran out 2 days before the medicine got there. They took the 6 off the total number for the prescription but didn’t change it back for this month, so they shorted us 6 this month. So tired of having to fight with them and watch them like a hawk. I thought this was what the pharmacist was supposed to do.

Made us wait for prescriptions that were previously called in by Doctor when I was at my appointment. Didn't start filling until after I arrived to pick up.

I’m very troubled that one of your pharmacy techs is anti-mask. Does CVS routinely hire staff who ignore basic CDC guidance? Does she also not trust the vaccine?

It's your typical CVS - there's plenty of parking and two ways in and out of the lot if you happen to turn on the wrong street. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. I've been here many times and rarely have I had to wait behind another customer. Never seems busy which is good if you want it to be a quick in and out. The photo department is also prompt and helpful. But, the merchandise in all departments always seems in danger of running out - empty spaces on shelves abound. This is annoying when there's a BOGO sale going on and only one of the item is there. I hope they can resolve that and I can update the review. My husband has had experience with the pharmacy and it was excellent, including getting RXs transferred and working with doctor from another state where we used to live. So get that inventory up to speed and we'll be at 5 star level before you know it.

They don't like to pick up the phone. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes and now about to just forget about my prescription and go somewhere else. This is ridicules!!!
