I had a fraudulent ACH debit come out of my account and my checking account was compromised this was on a Saturday I called numerous times and I was told that they cannot help me because it was after hours and no one was available to help me with checking account concerns this is absolutely ridiculous this is a fraud people are stealing my money and they are telling me there's no one that can help me with this you are a financial institution and you're telling me that I have to just sit here all weekend and let people continue to steal my money this is absolutely ridiculous and I will be switching banks as soon as I get my money back you are dealing with people's money and you guys don't have a 24/7 fraud department for checking accounts only for credit cards I will be telling everyone I know as well that this is absolutely crazy and they should never bank with Fifth Third I've been with you guys for over 8 years and I thought there would be more concern to my issue as people are stealing my money my hard-earned money and no one was helping me at all just kept saying we can only help you with credit cards sorry you're basically crap out of luck call back on Monday give me a break this is people's money you're dealing with

ATM got hacked and lost all my money and fraud department refused to help. Not sure how it’s my fault when there system let people pull my money out without my card

I was with Fifth Third for a long time with no complaints. Then I received a certified letter one day that stated they had determined me a security risk and were closing all my accounts. No explanation. I had a prepaid card. Still trying to get that money back.

So I send my daughter with my ATM card to withdraw money for me, it eats my card again! This is the third time at this ATM in Eaton.. So I tell her to go inside and get my card back and I'll call them now and tell them..Well of course they won't give her my card back, I have to go get it even though I sent her with it to withdraw money, and she also has account there with my name on account also, but they wont give her my card! Done with this Bank!!!

Very unprofessional and uncaring, kept a lean on our car title 6 years after it was paid off and never bothered to send us a title. Once they get There Money they couldn't care less about you.
