“I love going to this place! The staff is friendly and always greets you, the exercise machines and area are always clean, staff will show you around and how everything works. You have members of all ages coming, which they have something for everyone! As a first-time gym membership, I was very nervous and hesitant to join since I was embarrassed to go because of my weight. However, I'm glad I did because the staff and members are so friendly, and I feel completely comfortable going!”
“Wonderful atmosphere built on faith in Christ Jesus. Open 24 hours, which is hard to find in a small town. Just the right size, not big and overwhelming, but big enough you have everything you need and more. Good pricing too. It is clear the owner takes pride in his work and it reflects in his gym.”

“Nice gym. Lots of room and not crowded. Members know gym etiquette so there's usually no one parked on a machine. Gym floor and machines are clean. There's usually a treadmill open and there's a rower and stairclimber. Parking lot is good sized. The only minor downside is the music which is loud and set on shuffle so you'll hear everything from country to heavy metal.”
