“Hey just wanted to give a huge shout out to Jeff and the folks at Gillman's in Eaton. Who have on several occasions gone out of their way, above and beyond to satisfy my needs as a customer. Lowe's screwed up my delivery order left me in a really tough spot. Called other places around town no one could ( or would ) help. So i figured id stop in and try to explain the situation in person to someone in person. So discouraged and with little hope of resolving my issue. I shuffled into gilman's late afternoon. Found my way to the service desk. Where I spoke with Jeff who actually already previously helped me out the week before with an equipment rental. Explain to him the issue and he was more than eager too fulfill my rather unorthodox request. I was able to get me exactly what I needed along with additional information So that I could get my project completed. Honestly truly go to show everyone that these big box stores and big names and conveniences that all comes at a price. I have not a single doubt In my mind that that Menards, Home Depot, Lowe's would have not taken A second of consideration to help me resolve my problem, let alone go out of their way to MAKE sure i had everything i needed to complete the task at hand.
