Shell is a fuel station that has recently updated its pumps, making the card readers work more reliably, although customers often still need to go inside for receipts. The store offers a large selection of items and reasonable prices, with friendly staff. However, some pumps are frequently out of service, and card readers sometimes glitch, occasionally swallowing credit cards. The station has installed new trash bins and windshield wash stations, but cleaning windshields can be difficult due to lack of fluid and paper towels. Customers appreciate the ability to save 10¢ with Kroger points, but inconveniences like receipt printers often lacking paper and card readers occasionally getting stuck can be frustrating.

Huge selection in the store part. Pricing is ok. Staff can be friendly. They do often times have pumps out of service though and card readers glitch out getting card stuck a lot too.

Good fuel station with ability to get .10¢ off with Kroger points. Just two complaints: one card reader about ate my credit card (stuck in reader) and the receipt printers never seem to have paper in them, making it inconvenient to go inside if you're in a hurry or anything.
