STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!Brought my truck in for 4 new tires. After they finished, both my front and rear wheels on my passenger side were damaged. It’s clear as day to anyone who has changed tires professionally, that this is because they used too small of an adapter on the tire machine. I went back to the counter where I told the lady about my wheels. She told me I would have to go outside and talk to one of technicians, which that alone is unprofessional. I go outside and get a technician to show him my wheels. I’m then told that I hit a curb and their machine can’t do that damage. Another tech said they have cameras and I would have to talk to their manager about it in the morning. After getting home and looking at my receipt (picture posted) it showed that they didn’t find damage to my wheels. But, in the technician notes it says my wheels were scratched prior to service. If they were, how’d they miss it in the original inspection? Considering that is the area they’re working on to begin with. That evening the manager called me wanting to hear “my side of the story”, to which I told him to look at my receipt and he said to come in a file a claim. A few days went by and I got an email from Walmart's adjuster saying that there is no evidence that Walmart is at fault and if I had other evidence to submit it. I sent my receipt and asked if she seen the video cameras. A week goes by and I here nothing after calling every day and leaving my phone number and email. Today I got a call from a different adjuster who told me the evidence the previous adjuster used was just the pictures that was submitted with my claim. I asked about my receipt and how it shows there was no damage to my wheels found prior to inspection, but it was put in the technician notes. He said they can do that because they could have missed it in the original inspection and he’s worked changing tires for 10 years and that damage is curb rash. I then asked if I or anyone can look at the cameras and I was told no. In short Walmart damaged something I worked hard for and no matter how much evidence you have they will deny everything and blame you. I’m absolutely disgusted at the way a billion dollar company has treated me. I would give zero stars if I could. Unprofessional from top to bottom.

Terrible service all around. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Because of our experience I will never spend money at any Walmart ever again. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR.

Not the worst mechanical workers I've experienced by far, and definitely one of the cheapest options available. However, if you have the ability to go elsewhere, do so.

Called ahead of time to see if they had the tires I needed in stock, the guy said they had 4 of them and to come on in. I told him I'd be there in 30 minutes, he said that was fine and he'd get it taken care of when I got there. When I arrived the employee came out and I explained to him I had called and the person I talked to said come on in. The employee proceeded to tell me they didn't have time to do tires as they had too many car's to do oil changes on that day and sent me on my way.

Techs are slow and don't really care about what they are doing. They advertise one price then add on a whole list of "extras" to end up way overpriced.

Carried a spare tire in that's never been on the road to have a valve stem replaced. Took all my info, made out a ticket, the tech took one look at it and said it's illegal to work on spares? Didn't ask to plug it or anything with the tire just need a new valve stem bc mine leaks...I'm guessing he just plain lazy bc skinny spares are more difficult. That's their job right? Idk, lady service writer was somewhere out in left field with the guy before me as well. I suppose that's all Walmart can hire so you get what you pay for.Service: Tires

As a retired race car engineer and former crew chief, I'm always nervous when other people do anything on my cars.Today, May 2022, I had two tires replaced at the Walmart auto CTR. In Eaton Ohio. The guys did a pro job, which included torquing the lug nuts, a short test drive followed by another lug nut torque check.(FYI: the reason a lot of rotors need to be ground/trued or replaced is due to shops using rattle guns only and not torquing wheel nuts correctly. )Services: Auto tire replacement
