My friend lives there, she loves it there. It's a very nice well maintained place to live.

It is an okay place to live. Not very good at keeping up with the repairs that need to be addressed and taken care of. The Towne Park rental side is a little pricey for the level of upkeep done by the maintenance crew.

This was an awesome place to live BEFORE they switched management! Everything has gone to garbage yet for some reason rent went up? The outside benches are a liability. The pothole in the entrance they tried covering with plywood. The washing machines aren’t being maintained. And the lack of organization in parking is nonsense. Not to mention Woodview Commons people park on the road that is Towne Parks entrance (not even their parking lot) which in return causes coming and going to be a hassle to squeeze through the cars. I was hoping they just needed a few weeks to get settled in but it’s been months! Management apparently isn’t concerned with the real issues, It’s been an uphill battle and it’s passed annoying!
