Was there to buy a lawn tractor and he said I could go to angola or Home depot! He acted like he really didn't want to deal with me, so I went to Auburn and bought a simplicity.

I bought my John Deere zero turn here and have had it serviced here each time. They do fantastic work, quickly, are priced very well and super accommodating! Go here for your next mower and tell them Erik sent you. (It won’t get you anything but makes me look cool anyway)

Great appreciation breakfast for customers of the Edgerton Kenn-Feld John Deere dealership. Lots of special deals on parts and service programs. Take advantage of these December deals, they will save you money and spring is only a few months away.

It's too bad you have to rate with stars at all. My grandfather, an 87 year old Korean War Veteran was clearly and obviously taken advantage of.He was quoted approximately $300 for repairs, however received a bill for $1087.00. He was never notified of the increase in repair costs, and was never given any updates on his tractor. After speaking with Ryan, the service manager, I was told, "well, he wanted it fixed." He {Ryan} was aware of the exact situation that I was speaking of, but couldn't provide me any information as to what was repaired, the labor hours involved, or any pertinent information in regards to this tractor. My grandfather adamantly told me that he did not authorize any maintenance to his tractor and told the technicians that he wanted to know what the issues were at hand before performing these services. However, I am told, by Ryan, that an oil change was performed, not per request. After working in the automotive service business for going on 7 years, I know that before any repairs are completed, the customer is contacted and repairs are authorized before they are ever performed. These authorizations are clearly documented as to time and date the repairs were authorized. My grandfather was never called with any updates, and had called multiple times with questions as to the timeframe of repairs. After they delivered his tractor back to him, he received the VERY UNEXPECTED BILL.I hope that the Ken-Feld group will rectify this situation without having to involve the BBB or attorneys. They have very clearly taken advantage of an elderly man, and this sickens me.
