The worst dollar general I have ever been to. Rudest employees and manager. Have a little respect. Don’t waste your time dealing with these people.

I've been going to this Store from the time they opened always well stocked and Clean the Employees most have been there from day one and are Great..NOW I believe all this is going to change since they brought in the New manager from the Ravenna Store..The Ravenna store was always dirty and Unstocked.. as I went there today She is already changing things
and I hope the employees I look forward to seeing when I go there remain But I don't think they will..
I believe if things are good leave it alone..She said they brought her there because Sales were not good every time I have went there they are very busy.. I believe this will change as She changes the Store..SAD!.

Takes for ever to check out, lack of employees and a self checkout that customers can’t use. Management needs to get with the program. Employees are always nice, they just need more help with more employees and/or management.

I am so thankful they put a Dollar General store here! They have just about anything you need without having to go all the way into town and the prices are competitive and the store is clean and organized.

I was just in this Dollar General this afternoon, and I really want to compliment all of the customer service Representatives. They are so helpful and gave me the highest quality of service.
I was most shocked when I walked in because it is, without a doubt, the cleanest and straightest Dollar General I have ever seen and I'm 64.
There was nothing blocking the aisles, the displays were neat and easy to view, and the cleanliness of the store was virtually immaculate when it comes to any retail business.
Please give all the representatives there a great pat on the back and a raise, they are doing an outstanding job ?
