I called for an estimate to get my vehicle repaired they got me in the next day, took photos and sent me the quote that same day. I sent it into my insurance who approved the quote. I called them back after I got the approval only to be told they are booked for repairs until till may. It would have been nice to be told that when I got the pictures taken.

I took my 2017 Ford Explorer to Elite instead of one of Nationwide,s service center,s, after being side swiped on my right side, because they had done work for me in the past and I couldn’t have been happier with the results!!Got me in and out sooner than expected and my Explorer looked brand new!!! Worked on my Camaro and it looked BRAND new! Cleaned it inside and out, it felt like I was taking it right off the lot again! Definitely recommend this body shop to anyone with any exterior car repairs!
