Based on the reviews, Southern Tire Mart at Pilot offers very clean and fast service. The staff and techs are friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and well run. Customers have received terrific jobs, good attitudes, and excellent care for trailer repairs and minor repairs. One customer had a coolant leak from the oil cooler. A technician named Cody went to pick up a needed gasket kit, an hour round trip, and went to work immediately in cold, snowy weather. He stayed until the truck reached running temperature to ensure no leaks. Another customer dealt with Ryan, who gave a good deal and got them out very quickly with help from Austin. The shop is a great place for an Annual inspection, with Ryan handling the paperwork with skill.

I had wiring issues with my trailer I was hopeless about getting it fixed cause how were the issues very complicated but Ryan he did everything he could and he successfully fixed the whole messed up wires he is great asset to the company

I have called upon this shop and the staff for trailer repairs multiple times. I am grateful for the terrific jobs, the good attitudes and the excellent care I have received.

Very clean and fast service.
