I rented a Kubota tractor and grader this weekend from a local rental company and a part broke on Friday evening after the rental company was closed. I had no idea what I was going to do about it. I saw that Farmers Equipment had Saturday morning hours and so I went there to see if I could get the part. Because it was a holiday weekend, they weren’t open, but I did see a sign telling me who I could call if I needed help with parts or service when the store was closed. I called Mark, who listened to my problem and said he would see if he could find a technician to help me. About ten minutes later, I got a call from Zach who met me at the store and got the part and actually installed it for me. I was amazed at his willingness to come in on Labor Day weekend and his great attitude and service orientation. I’m so impressed and would recommend them with confidence!

Salesman Brian is worthless. Always has something he has to leave early for. Bad mouthing his parts and service department. If he has to do any type work besides take your money he has no clue and can’t help you. Tells you can do this to your tractor. Then get your tractor back with half the stuff you paid for. I reached to Brian back in April to spend 10k on a tractor I purchased from him. Just now in aug got my tractor back. Not done, not right, didn’t get all what I paid for. Don’t buy from Brian!

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They are efficient at getting the problem diagnosed, parts ordered and equipment back to work. They are flexible and want to help you with all your equipment needs. I would highly recommend Farmers Equipment on Elida Rd.

I would not recommend doing any business with this company they sold me a used piece of equipment that was three years old and needs over $11,000.00 worth of work and they will not help me pay any of it highly disappointed with this company I will never do business with them again and will never send any business there way.

The people were friendly, the unloading of tractors was quick, BUT.. A unloader cut my $43 dollar strap which was lazy as well as selfish of him and I didn't get compensated
