People working the counters are really nice, even on the hectic day that I went. The only thing that is puzzling every year is the price of their beef tenderloin. On the phone they quote a price for trimmed per pound, but it's always higher when I get there. It's a wonderful cut of meat. So tender and delicious, however. I.ll keep going back because it's so good. 40 miles from my house.

Great quality for price. So mad I didn't start going earlier. I get all of my meat including Lunchmeats and cheeses. Everything is such high quality and you feel good about who you're supporting and with what you're eating. Staff is always super nice and helpful. My favorites are the pork sausage for sausage gravy.

Quality meats and great prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Specials are priced lower than House of Meats. Lunch meats are way lower priced than grocery stores.

Just left from our first visit here. My husband and I are carnivores and it was so refreshing to meet people who understand our needs. Not only did we receive excellent cuts of meat, but we also experienced friendly and knowledgeable staff who made us feel welcome. I know we will continue to shop here for all our carnivorous needs! Special thanks to Duke for his time and Patience in helping us select prime choices. Thanks to Stacy for making us feel like family.

I love tank's products. But was disappointed to hear they no long make their smoked turkey lunch meat and their ham off the bone lunch meats. Great deal on steaks.

Drove out to Elmore to check out Tanks at the recommendation of a neighbor. For $40 we walked away with a roast, two ribeyes, a meatloaf and some snacks. Not bad considering the price of meat these days. However we cooked one of the ribeyes that same day and it was tough. So I'm not sure if it was worth the drive or not, but will hold out judgement until I try the other items. However, I must admit when we pulled into our parking space and opened the door, the parking lot smelled heavenly! Full of that delish smoke pit smell that filled the senses!!
