Aarons prices are somewhat high but the delivery guys are kind and respectful. Even were willing wear an N95 mask and booties over their shoes to do the delivery. Leo Foster, the delivery manager at the Sheffield Village Aarons actually showed he cares about the customers. His delivery guys forgot hoses for the washer. He personally came out with the hoses and attached them himself when he learned they didn't have the washer hoses. He also attached the dryer vent we had to buy for it also even though that service was not included. Despite some scratches on the washer and black scuffs in the dryer, we are happy with it. Thank you Aarons manager Larry and Mr. Foster.

These places are scams! Don't ever ever rent anything. Everything is refurbished and overpriced. Just a way to make the poor poorer! Try to save to buy outright! Trust me, I've had to learn the hard way with this place!

We had a fireplace tv stand it was very old Larry didn’t want to give us a discount he is very mean Cocky When the guys came from Aaron to pick up the fireplace tv stand they know we have cats they left the door wide open they didn’t care they r very inconsiderate. Just like Larry the manager is. After we pay off the dryer we will no longer deal with Aaron. Lucky r cat’s didn’t get out

They rescheduled on me a couple times because THEY were running behind and the day it was finally supposed to come they didn’t give me a time and wouldn’t wait just 5 MINUTES for me to get there!! (Even though my boyfriend was there with my I.D. and I told them I was only a few minutes away). Now I have to wait until who knows when because they haven’t even given me a new rescheduled time .. So just know you’ll have to designate an entire day to wait for them

Went to rent a new washer and dryer as ours had stopped working, Jackie was amazing but whoever the gentleman is working tonight you have horrible customer service and instead of talking over and repeating yourself over and over to the customer maybe you should listen ??♀️

I wanted to see what they have but before you can see the site is saying to sign up for something you haven't seen to buy, put down a fee...WHAT lost me right there I'll past swipe to the left
