I took my 2013 Ford Escape in for an estimate:
I started by saying let me tell you what's going on, and the mechanic smiled and said, let me tell you what's going on, I will put it on my lift, and I have been doing this for 30 years. Some people might have taken offense to this comment, or thought it was not professional, I just smiled within, I thought it was a very confident respond. He told me exactly what I already knew.
My pipe on the rear of catalytic converter fell off and separated from the flex and the rest of my exhaust system, and it was dragging on the ground, it mangled it up pretty good.
I was researching how I was going to repair it, and being a back yard mechanic, it was going to be over a $1000 in parts alone, if I would have done it myself, replacing parts etc...
They ended up keeping it (roughly 3 hours later), and repairing it by replacing the flex, manufacturing a clamp, welding and heating up the pieces and parts and it cost me $276.90 with a military discount, which they offered it by seeing my license plate.
I would strongly recommend them!

Rude people working there, definitely was trying to scam us on something that was a simple fix. Shady business, I’d go somewhere else. They weren’t too happy I chose to take it somewhere else lol but they were about to overcharge by a couple hundred dollars.

Horrible receptionist. She doesn’t communicate with the mechanics or customers and has an attitude. We were lead to believe our car would be done the same day but she “lost our phone number” and never ordered the part. The next day she is practically unreachable and then at the end of the day says they only have one guy working and might not even get to it today. We had to WALK to pick our car up. If I could give zero stars I would.

I can’t speak on the body shop part of this business as I only dealt with the “mechanic” side, but holy 💩 I can’t believe this is real life. Had spoken to someone there about having the front section of an exhaust put on from the header to the center part of the vehicle. Explained I had the whole kit and wasn’t sure if the bolts would just come out or if it would need to be welded, etc. guy said $100-150 is the most it would be. Called back yesterday and asked if this was still the case and when I could get it in. Was informed yes and that they could do it today if I got there in the next hour. I drive right up there. Now at this point when I saw the shop I really should’ve left based on what this place looks like, but I was already there and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. This was a mistake. Get in there and ask what time it should be done. The woman at the desk is flabbergasted. When I informed her that I was told if I came right up here it could be done today she said that wasn’t the case. It could be done today, but could be tomorrow. I then explained that I was also told max $150 twice at this point and was that accurate? She said that wouldn’t be a problem. No call yesterday for an update and no call today. I call up there at about 1pm and am told that the number listed is just for the body shop. Get the number for the mechanic side. No answer. Call it back 10 minutes later. The receptionist who sounds totally annoyed informs me she’s at a doctors appointment and she will call me back. I get a call back she says they are just pulling it in and it will be done today. Then she calls back a second time and tells me it’s $200+ tax. I have had multiple other shops tell me $250 with them supplying the parts. I have the complete exhaust section including the flex pipe, all hangers, the cat, etc. I’m aware that it’s an old rusty car and some parts might need to be welded that is why I’m at an exhaust shop. I told her it was fine and I would pick it up don’t do the work. I get to the shop 20 minutes later and the front door is locked, call her back like yeah I can’t even get in to which she responds “I told you I’m at a doctor’s appointment”… lol I guess she’s the only person who works in the front. I called the body shop back and after a few minutes someone came out with the key. I have no idea how these “shops” do any business or get any customers. After this level of bs I will go to any real shop and pay $250 with their parts and literally throw away the exhaust I have before I let this place touch a vehicle. If they want to make like a hilarious episode of undercover boss send someone in here. Would be limitless entertainment for sure!

Had to get some Muffler work done and they took care of me same day and super fast. Definitely recommend if you need some work done.

I have brought a few vehicles for exhaust repair. Most recent 2002 Dodge Dakota. Had exhaust leak that was driving me crazy.
Repaired in no time for a great price.

Had a split exhaust pipe and they replaced it with a flex pipe for about $150.

Epitome of I found a guy that would do it cheaper. 30FT paint job and hacked up exhaust kit that was made for the car. Missed spots, fish eyes, even dog hair in the paint and some flaked off after highway driving. Exhaust loose and every clamp facing the dumbest way possible. I would never come back or recommend this place to any one.

They wanted to sell me a new catalytic converter when I just needed my exhaust welded. Had friend do weld and it passed E check and has been running quietly and haven’t had a single code. Don’t go here they are not honest.
