Aisha got my number ported from T-Mobile in about 10 minutes and was super friendly and personable. I don't really need to go into an AT&T store much these days, but if I ever do this is the one I'm coming back to. Thanks to Aisha.

My father had a great experience here. Jay took him in and helped him, treated him the way he should be. Thank you, Jay, for taking care of my father and doing what the other elyria location refused to do. Good customer service. He is happy with his new phone, and that's all that matters. You went above and beyond, and I want you to know it was greatly appreciated.

I'm not really sure if this is a store issue or Att issue. I went in for my son to get a upgrade and was talked into two new watches and two new phones. Was told by Jake the manager we would be getting 700 for our trade ins. When I brought them back a couple days later to turn in I was told by Ariel that I was only getting 350. There now has been several discrepancies in my bill. I thought my bill was going down but it has now gone up. I really didn't care for the watch after using it . There were many things I didn't like about it. Battery life and privacy issues. I thought as a consumer you had 30 days to return but Att only allows 14 days? However if I had a buisness account I would be allowed 30 to 60 days for a return. So now I am stuck with a watch I won't use. I'm really done with Att and I really wished I would of never went to this store. It has been nothing but a headache

I was going into the AT&T store to purchase an iPhone 12. I wanted my own plan away from my parents while also being able to keep the same number. Tanner set me up with a new number and explained that all I had to do was switch the Sim cards in order to keep the same number. He informed me that I did not have to worry about the other phone bill since it would be considered inactive He did not inform me of the fact that I would be paying for two different phones on two separate plans. I was only able to discover this after my father told me that my old phone was still under his account and that he was still paying for it. not to mention I called two times that day after purchasing my phone to make sure everything was going to be fine. Tanner insisted that I had nothing to worry about. Unfortunately I had to return my I phone 12 three days after purchasing it. Tanner also told me that my phone bill would only be $80 a month since I get a student discount. When I logged in onto my AT&T app it told me that my phone bill monthly would be $120 And another AT&T store told me that there was no such thing as a student discount. Tanner saw me as somebody who knew nothing I needed guidance and he took advantage of that. I have never felt so taken advantage of by somebody Who is supposed to be there and help guide me. Not to mention about returning the phone I did not even get my full refund and I owed them $55 for returning it. I will no longer be going to the store and most likely not even using AT&T anymore. Their employees look at you as commission not human.

Aisha and Tanner were very helpful! They were both very attentive to my needs and very informative with any questions we had. They were friendly and able to get us in and out with a new phone and watch. 10/10 would visit again

Talking with them was good. Unfortunately now that they lost ALL THE INFORMATION OFF MINE AND MY WIFES PHONE. They never reply to texts or follow up on call backs. The district manager will not respond. It's ridiculous that I have to go to the store over and over to get info. They are negligent and are trying to avoid confrontation. Definitely ready to switch companies, can't lose any information anymore..

I had two employees assisting me, Tanner and Dillon. They were friendly, helpful and they even laughed at my silly attempts at humor?. My problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. I was impressed at both the knowledge and honesty shown by these two young men. I will definitely return to this store in the future!

I made a call to at&t's 800 number to set up a new account, and the guy on the phone got my order all messed up. I was told to go to a store and man did I pick the right one! It took these guys hours, but they completely resolved my issues! Dylan and Tanner tag teamed the problems, and got my account fixed without a complaint. I will be back for every issue I may run into and will NEVER CALL THE 800 NUMBER AGAIN!
