My son just got out of the hospital. His battery was dead. The manager jordan roberts had an employee jtcome and charge the battery for him. I can't say enough about how awesome they were.

Awesome store manager. Can’t recall his name but took care of us when I’m sure our issues was beyond his required responsibility. The part was $5 but his knowledge and help was priceless. Thank you 👍👍

Got a lot of help from an employee named Leonis . He helped me find the right headlight then helped install it . I Had a wiring issue with the headlight light and he was nice enough to let me know and suggested a wiring kit and still was able to install the light and get it working .

Not the best service today. One guy working the counter, other 3 workers not helping us customers. We ARE their business and they don't help.

Shipping to home is awesome, but don't order anything fragile, like spark plugs, because they apparently don't believe in using packaging inside the box. I would hate to see how bulbs get shipped.

In the middle of changing drum brakes and found out I needed a part so i called and whoever answered the phone was kind and helpful. Got what I needed to do the job and got out.
