I went to Auto Zone in Sheffield to have my van battery checked. I needed a new battery. Sheffield Auto Zone sent me to Elyria Auto Zone and they had the battery I needed. Bought it and Ben one of the counter guys, installed for me. All this done in under an hour and at a great price. Thanks

I only gave them a two star review due....I purchased a battery and they were putt8 g in for me. I paid then the nice young man was walking out of the store and some one stopped him to ask him a question
...well he took him in the back for him to look at something (which took about 10 min). Then he waited on another customer. Mind you my battery was bought and paid for already. Then the "manager" said policy is we have to wait on customers in the store first. We'll I was a customer in the store first!

The woman that works evenings here is an angel. She is always so helpful and friendly. She deserves a big bonus! Tonight she helped me check my oil levels and was absolutely awesome!

I don't like going there unless I have to or don't need to get much. I used to go there all the time, but I'd rather drive a little farter and go to another location. Always packed, and seems to take a long time to get your parts looked up paid for and out the door.

Best customer service hands down!!! It was ridiculously cold and Jared gladly replaced my car battery and refused to accept a tip. I'll never go anywhere else from this day forward. Can't thank him enough!!!!

I went to Aurozone for wiper blades. The salesman showed me a ton of different price points but did not pressure me. When I chose the middle option and purchased them, he happily and quickly installed them and disposed of the old ones.
