Highly recommend! I took my car here to get a recall fixed and also to get an oil change. They were friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. Plus, the oil change was significantly cheaper than other area Mazda dealerships. But the best part is that they didn't try to pressure me to get any unnecessary work done on my car, which is an experience I have had elsewhere. Thank you!

It was very convenient for me to schedule my appointment online. They took my vehicle in right away and made a video to share with me. The prices are reasonable for the work and inspection of the vehicle and all done in a timely manner. My vehicle needed brake work done on it, they gave me a quote in writing and I didn't feel hassled to have them do the work. Friendly staff. Their coffee/refreshment area could use some work though.

I worked with Austin and Andrew yesterday 3/4/2023 and can say my experience was fantastic. Not once did I feel pressured to buy, and being able to test drive the vehicle on my own really enhanced the experience. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the finance process and answered all my questions, so I was very comfortable with my purchase. Austin helped me setup the Mazda app and explained all the features in my new car so I could understand. I highly recommend Bass Mazda, Austin, and Andrew!

Ed Smith is an amazing salesman! He works very efficiently and makes the car buying process a breeze. He's not your average salesman and values building relationships with his customers. David Cortez in finance was outstanding as he worked hard to make sure I got the best interest rate possible. He explains the paperwork in detail but makes it a timely process as well. All in all I had a great experience here and would recommend everyone to go see these guys!

I have taken my Mazda here plenty of times and have been taken care of each single time. Never really had any complaints. However my last visit was slightly different. I came in knowing what the problem was and requested for it to be fixed which they did. However they charged for a diagnostic testing and then to do the update. I understand that this is a Mazda policy and make sense especially if you don't know what is wrong with the vehicle. That said, I came in knowing exactly what was wrong and what they needed to do as it is a known problem. I think it is silly how the whole process is. Unfortunately, only a Mazda dealership could fix this problem as they have to do an update and other mechanic shops or big names shops couldn't do it. I like this car, well taken care of, but I most likely will never buy a Mazda again due to this.

Stopped in on Sunday and bought a new car Monday. Austin was great. Quick and simple. Had everything set up and ready to go for us. In and out in less than 2 hours. One of the best experiences I have had buying a car. Thanks!!

Chris in the service department made sure everything was taken care of and was able to provide a last minute loan vehicle. I received a video update on the diagnosis for my car which explained everything and resulted in a less involved repair than expected.

I did bring my CX5 in for oil/tire, a slow leak in one, tire, and issues with the liftgate/hatch not always opening, and clearly said sometimes it opens, and sometimes it doesn’t. They advised me they would call once they knew what was wrong, and the cost. Instead of actually calling, I received a condescending video outlining how to properly unlock the car that I have had 9 years. I know how to unlock my car, and such a video would never have been sent to a man. It was offensive, and insulted my intelligence. And of course, the back still is hit or miss on whether it actually opens. Not only did I try, i had my dad also try on a day it wouldn’t open, without success. I also never received a phone call that my car was ready, or the cost of the repair. After several hours, I called, and was told oh yeah, the car was ready. I asked for the cost, and was told $78. When I arrived to pay, of course, the cost was totally different, and was over $100. The cost isn’t the issue, but rather that total lack of communication, and then the misinformation communicated.

I recently purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 from Bass Mazda/Bass Ford. I am very happy with the purchase of this car. I feel the salesman I worked with, Jason, zeroed in very well, on the type of car, I said I wanted and I was very pleased I ended up with a beautiful white Mazda CX-5 with all the features I wanted! This was the first time I have been to this dealership, and felt listened too and helped, without feeling pressured to buy. I know Jim Bass and his family and know them to be kind and caring and felt I definitely had that kind of treatment from everyone I worked with at Bass Mazda/Ford!
