Called to have an ice maker repaired. 1st visit was told they had to order the part should be the beginning of the week. I call a week later and Rebecca says it was on back order it would be another week. 15 days after the first visit they come out, visit # 2 and I question them because the part looks old/used. 24 hrs later and the ice maker doesn't work. I call and talk to the owner AND he tells me, "we'll we found a part on the back of the van so we used that", Liar's! I tell him I canceled the check and to come get your old part. Guy shows up, takes the part he installed and never put the fridge back together, looses screws and my origenal part is still sitting on the counter. So I'm out $125.00 and no working ice maker. BEWARE !!! PS I check USPS tracking and that number is no longer in the system so it has to be more than 120 days.

I bought a refurbished washer and dryer set. The quality is fantastic. They delivered the set, hooked them up for me and even hauled away the old set for a very reasonable price. They run like new, I am elated! Very prompt and professional. Our refrigerator is next on the list to be replaced and we will definitely be contacting Bill Baker’s when the time comes.

I had a gas stove problem. Gas smell was a concern. Called Bill Baker and a technician came out. He looked over the problem and was here about 10 minutes. Adjusted a flew and was done. Only charged 172 dollars plus tax. 90 for the service call and 82 for the fix. I paid but was flabbergsted at the total. what do you think?

IAm not happy with service I was forced into the price usually a company would give an estimate before completely and service. I could have got another stove for the price. I was over charged .
