I called to inquire about reactivating my phone service with a phone number that had been suspended recently. The guy answering the phone rudely told me my phone number (not just the service) definitely would have been deactivated and totally removed from service and therefore not retrievable at all, even if it had been just a couple of weeks. He said all this without even looking at my account or asking much information. He rudely laughed at me when I questioned this, as I had read differently online, and I believed I still had time to reinstate it. But he laughed and told me I was wrong, that he had “years of experience” that told him the number was completely gone, even if it had been suspended for only a couple of weeks. Turns out that his information was dead wrong and mine was correct. As per the Boost website, you can reinstate your phone number as long as you do it within 90 days of suspension. The rude guy at the store also said if I went ahead and paid the bill online, to get the account up to date, that I would simply lose my money and still not have my phone number back. All totally inaccurate. I called Boost directly and got the number reinstated and paid the bill online. No issues.

I’ve been a customer of boost for years and I’ve been to a ton of stores but these guys have some of the best customer service and even better deals! Such a large variety of phones also which was also great. Ask for AL or Mike next time you stop in you won’t be disappointed!

The worst dump ever lol. First I walk in and so rude is on the phone next thing is I ask for an aux chord. The guy pulls out a dollar store brand and says ten bucks. I was nice and said no thank you. As I turn my back the guys rudly says what do you want it to be free. I said no I'm not spending iver six bucks for a dollar store brand aux chord. Super rude super dumpy store 0 stars not to mention smelled like ash trays in there. If you walk I. Here be prepared for 1 star service and phone service

This is the Boost store in the same plaza as Wolfeys in Elyria, always clean and smells good inside. Very friendly staff that is willing to help you with all your cell phone needs. Mike always gives me a good deal. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a boost customer for a over 7 years now. Most of the time when it comes to upgrades I’m not looking forward to going inside but today is the day that all changed. I went in and was welcomed kindly by my new friend Moe. Store was very clean and smelled like flowers. Finally a an employee WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT HES TALKING ABOUT! Moe got me out the store in less than 30 mins with my new Moto. Definitely recommend checking them out and I will be back!

They weren't giving me a new SIM with the new phones they couldn't fix because that was the problem. The guy at this store couldn't tie his shoes. I went elsewhere.

Been with them for many years, until now. Stared to have issues with not only my phone, but customer service. It's nearly impossible to get in contact with a representative over the phone and when you do, they kind of help.
