BrightView

Hours: BrightView is a comprehensive outpatient addiction treatment center that helps individuals struggling with alcohol and substance use disorder. The facility offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with medications like methadone, buprenorphine, Suboxone, and naltrexone, alongside behavioral health therapies. The staff is known for being caring, welcoming, and non-judgmental, making patients feel like family from the moment they arrive. They emphasize a supportive atmosphere where patients are treated with respect and understanding, even when mistakes are made, which fosters a real chance for recovery. Located near Midway Mall in Elyria, BrightView accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and various other insurances, making treatment accessible. The staff, including doctors, nurses, and receptionists, are praised for their kindness and genuine desire to help. Patients appreciate the flexibility, such as walk-in availability, and the staff's willingness to listen and provide personalized care. However, some challenges have occurred, such as the sudden closure of one location, which disrupted care for many patients and caused staff to scramble for new jobs. Despite this, BrightView’s overall reputation remains positive, with many describing it as a life-changing and supportive environment that significantly aids in overcoming addiction.
