I will no longer shop here, I used to come in twice a day , and spent at least 20-50$ a day. After seeing how this corporate buisness treats their employees, I will take my buisness to Marathon. Which is way better price and now customer service wise. So many people shopped at certified just because it was refreshing seeing Monica always smiling and willing to help you, now they let her go, BC she got hurt and missed some days. Only to replace her with druggies. I personally don't do buisness with druggies. Certified, your employees represent you, and now that you let the one good thing go that was there, you will see a huge loss in sales. You should prob suprise drug test your employees as well.
