“Stopped by for my first time ever today with my bestie who’s been a longtime customer. Dude at the counter was helpful in explaining the CBD oil I was asking about and answering my questions in a clear and understandable way. He also was helpful for my friend who wanted to look for a glass piece, and she purchased the cutest one I think I’ve ever seen. Both our items were reasonably priced and fast and friendly service and the store is attractive and appealing inside. Kinda feels like a Spencer’s but friendlier. Thanks for the help man, I will be coming back!”

“Super pleasant staff. Huge selection for such a small store. They run a program where you can sign up for drawings they have a program that you build points you get $5 for every $50 you spend. I got the full and three packs of papers for like 18 bucks. They have really cool little grab bags that range in price from like $20 all the way up to $120 where you don't know what's inside but they're kind of labeled like what they're for but not exactly what's in the bag. This store is really awesome I will definitely be back again”

“The 3 employees that were there this evening 10/29 were kind and helpful! I had an awful experience at the North Olmsted store and they were accommodating and called other stores for me and didn’t act like I was inconveniencing them by being there. On another note Spirit you need customer service. Your call line is a complete joke when the item your looking up you can’t find the inventory number because it’s not listed on your website when I KNOW it’s at the store. The convenience of spirit completely turns to major inconvenience at that point and it’s easier to just go to walmart for half the price or go on party city’s page and see actual inventory for the stores. I won’t go back to spirit until that happens and I know I’m only one person but I’m sure I’m not the only person who feels this way.”
