My son call for a qoute for car insurance. He called back a couple time and has not heard back from them. I call for my son on Wensday and John stated that he would call me or my son back. Today is Friday and still have not heard back.

When we first switched to COBOS Christina was quick and responsive. When I recommended my brother in law to them, she took the information to provide a quote and he never had a response. We then ended up working with Caitlyn who was fantastic at finalizing everything for him.
A discount was randomly removed from our policy, I left several messages and sent several emails without an answer from anyone regarding this.
When it came time for our renewal, we wanted to explore our coverage options so I left a voicemail and emailed Caitlyn since Christina seemingly wrote us off prior. After ~2 weeks and several calls into the office (and no response from Caitlyn), I receive an email from Christina saying the rates we have are as good as it gets. Which wasn’t relevant because they did not reflect the changes we requested.
After asking again for those adjustments and waiting another week with no response, we switched (happily) to Sherri at McGowan Insurance. We’re saving $582 for our HOI and she kept our auto at the same cost, all while providing the same coverage. She even helped facilitate the cancellation with COBOS after they refused to accept cancellation unless it was in person.
I highly recommend the staff focus on communication and actually providing the information their clients are requesting sooner than 1-3 weeks of begging.

Noticed they were slowly adjusting my insurance rate a few dollars every couple of weeks. I didn't inform them the first couple adjustments assuming the minor adjustments would stop but unfortunately they continued. After informing them of the issue, they asked for a moment to figure out what was going and if they could call me back. After 3 days of not hearing from them I made the decision to call them back and cancel my auto insurance through them, a week before it renewed. The following week my account was charged again. After calling and informing them, I was told my account would be recredited in two weeks ,4/17. As of now ,4/24, my account has not been recredited but was told that I should be seeing it any day now. Nice people up there, just wish the company could follow through with what they say.
Edit: as of now ,5/1, my account has still yet to be recredited. Curious if they will "accidentally" withdraw from my account again.
