I've been coming to this location to pay my rent for almost a year now. Today the teller told me she couldn't let me pay my rent. The manager then yelled at me when I asked what changed that I couldn't pay my rent explaining I've been doing it since moving in as my landlord has it set up there for us to pay into their account.They refused my rent , refused telling me of any changes and made me feel very threatened for a grown man / bank manager to yell at me like I am a child.My rent payment was never taken and I refuse to enter this bank before speaking to his boss. You don't yell at customers.I manage a restaurant and wouldn't have a job if I talked to people like that.If there was a policy change I am still waiting to hear as no other branch understands why I was treated this way. It is not a change at other banks.Was I singled out. ?

Deposited my paycheck at dollar bank then went grocery shopping for my family. Used my debit card without an issue. About a week later get a letter stating I have an overdraft fee of 36 dollars. Apparently pay check monies are held for a day or so before you can use them. I did not know and if the monies are held then why was my debit card approved??? It was a payroll check not a personal check. Called the bank asked fee to be waived since I am the only one employed during this pandemic and the lady states she would call me back, she did not.

A "BIG " shout out to Stephanie at the Elyria Branch. I was in a panic due to the possibility of leaving my Debit Card in the ATM. Even though they were extremely busy at closing time she was nice enough to check for me and was able to retrieve my card and put my mind to ease?...Thanks Again Stephanie for your great Customer Service it was greatly appreciated!
