Y’all notice how all the recent reviews suck and they used to be decent sounds like a management problem for sure This store just sucks .. the employees suck ,the stock sucks, the cleanliness of the store sucks ,and they leave deals out and forget to take them away and will remove when you not looking so they can’t look bad I went in there seen a deal on sodas 3 for 15 of a FULL SIZE SHEET OF PAPER not hard to miss … and I get to the register and it not the price so she says ok I’ll go look for you … walks back there mind you with a full brochure that they keep in the front with the deals ,brand new not folded nothing wrong with this brochure walks back to the front with it folded up and says she didn’t see nothing … so I say I’ll go look then a customer that couldn’t wait to go get drunk at her 2 yr olds birthday party decided to get slick and added more to my problem … and I go look AND YOU WOULDNT BELEIVE ITS GONE … A FULL SHEET OF PAPER GONE AND SHE COMES UP WITH THE BROCHURE FOLDED UP WHAT A Coincidence I FILED A COMPLAINT TOWARDS CORPORATE AND WAS TOLD ON MY SECIND CALL “a call was made but it says here in the notes that your phone number wasn’t voicemail ready “ as I got a voicemail the day before from somone else…. So it does work …

The cashier Courtney at the store on West ridge is very disrespectful and is constantly yelling at customers because something wasn't going her way we spend about $250 a week there and we are having constant problems with her she is disrespectful and has no customers service skills what so ever, is disrespectful towards fellow coworkers, and it's constantly talking on the phone while supposed to be working. Is this doesn't get fixed we will be going to corporate about this.

the new store manager i believe the name sarah, the transgender guy, is completely rude, does not have good customer service skills, follows you around the store and didn’t even care to help me to show me where an item was when i asked for help. but he’ll follow you around the store thinking you’re stealing. sorry honey, i work 60+ hours a week, i can afford my items. i wish they would let him go already, he’s a jerk and is the reason i will not be returning back to this store! i also seen him scream at a group of kids threatening to call the cops on them not long ago. he needs fired.

I wish the owner of this store would see the condition of this place. The shelves are always empty, while all the products sit in the isles on pallets still wrapped up from the truck it came in on. The place is literally a danger zone. You can't walk in the place, you can't find anything you want because nobody bothers to actually put the stuff on the shelves. If a fire broke out you'd probably die because you'd be trapped in the cluttered walkways. They keep 1 single person on staff and expect them to he able to do all this work? They added a self checkout to fix these problems but I have news for you. Self checkouts can't unload trucks and stock shelves. GET YOUR STORE IN ORDER!

Some guy with long hair was really rude to a mother with her young daughter, making comments it says self checkout if you can read check yourself out, and tried joking about it with another customer and he said you need to quit your job! I put my stuff down, and just left! Not great customer service and won’t be back! Lack of spirit,
