I used this storage over the summer. It was amazing, Michael (store manager) was easy to work with, there was clear communication about the bill. He was also willing to accommodate my unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, I knew my belongings where safe as there was a gate with personalized codes and a security guard on call.

Inca Aztec is an awesome, quaint, in the country , but next to the city self storage facility. Mike and Sandy run a great place and set all the expectations. Safe and secure place for all my personal belongings and I’m sure yours.

Micheal Torres is a great manager, he always tries to make sure he meets my needs or does anything extra he can to help, the old management made me want to leave but after he came in the place started to get better

I would give this 5 star . But I've been renting the same unit here since 2015 and since new owners have taken over my rent has raised twice and it's like 11 dollar raise . No recognition for a responsible renter!

Horrible security and Unit was broken into 2 days before being forced to leave and then advised there were no cameras for security. Now please tell me any other storage facility to that DOES NOT have a camera in 2022!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have called and left multiple voicemails regarding a unit I had reserved because I wanted to make sure it was big enough and got no return phone calls. Day of "move in" I called again, no one answers the phone. When we arrive we can see there is clearly someone in the office, I called again while standing outside and still no answer. I go inside to ask why no one is answering the phone and to explain the unit isn't big enough like I had thought and would like a refund since I won't be using it, the lady in the office says she's "sorry" and would have the manager call me Monday (7/25/22) and I still have not received a call. I sent an email as well and still haven't received a response. Horrible communication and very unprofessional to be sitting in a office and not answering phone calls from customers.
