Rented car for few weeks. Total cost on receipt is $837.03 but they charged me $1300.31. Also one of the guys working there very aggressively tries to force you into insurance and will make up lies trying to get you to sign up with it. Had to tell him no at least 20x to deny the insurance. Would never rent from this location again. Overcharge with fraud and shady sales tactics.

Unprofessional Customer Service Experience at Enterprise Car Rental, Elyria, Ohio.
Despite making a prior reservation, on the day of picking up the car, i was told they don’t have it. I know things like this can happen but what i don’t stand is the unhelpful, dismissive, and lack basic professionalism shown to me. I am not going to name the employee ( nahh am naming names), but am sure the managers there know.

Awful awful ! They just tried to rent us a tiny car for 200+$ after we made a reservation for 173.00. He lied and said it would be less for the smaller car. Then proceeded to try to talk me into buying more protection for the car after we told him we already did ! Tyler and Jonah. Very sassy businessmen. Very snarky, they need to be suspended.

Rented a vehicle to drive to my niece’s graduation. Mark waited on me. His friendly disposition is second to none. We ended up upgrading to a larger vehicle and I am glad we did. Mark was attentive and patiently showed us all the bells and whistles. Both getting the vehicle and returning it was quick and efficient. This is the only place I go for my rentals and I highly recommend it. Mark is especially amazing. I even overheard him taking care of a call from what seemed to be an unreasonable customer and he handled it with polite grace. I can’t say enough about this young man and this enterprise.

I rent regularly with Enterprise. I ran out of the Elyria office because there is a manager there name Marcus that is absolutely amazing with customers. he makes everything, painless, and fast has everything ready, a pleasure to work with.
