Got oil changed, the oil plug was not tightened. Lost all oil. Company is garbage and would not take responsibility. Terrible customer service!!!!

Went a few weeks ago for an oil change and had a great experience. Quick & everyone was very nice.
Noticed an issue of a small leak a few weeks later & they fixed an issue I had with a faulty gasket. They were very accommodating & I highly recommend!

The worst service ever . The little red hair guy with glasses is a smart mouth, rude and i seriously would like to take him out back of that shop and teach him a lifelong lesson ... will never go back or take our work vehicles there ever again

The guy that worked on my car was fine. Not super friendly but not really rude either. While I was getting my oil changed another worker came in with some food *thats fine.. ik they need to eat lunch* but when he saw my car and another next to me he started cussing. He slammed his food down on a table and continued to cuss as he walked across the front of the cars. I was very uncomfortable and he was very rude. He acted as though me and the other car were an inconvenience. Sorry... didn't mean to interpret your lunch..evin though you sat down a few minutes later and ate.
