The gentleman who was assisting me was very polite and help full. He even cut the plastic that enclosed my new lock to make it easier to get out of it package. Over all a great service and deal.

This place is super clean and absolutely the best. Alex is what makes it so wonderful. He will help you from the first day you walk in. To the day you take possession of your storage unit and beyond. He made sure the unit fit my needs. Felt like I was talking to a friend. I have never dealt with someone who made me feel so comfortable and easy to communicate with. If you are looking for storage. Switcheroo! So they will offer you one year for 88$ and then 4 months later say it's now 99$ and stop offering the 88$ for the year like they promised. Seems to be very poor service to me. Unfortunately I can't think of any other temperature regulated storage around here so I am kinda stuck.

Alexus made my experience today so pleasant. Usually when I come I don’t really get to interact with the workers, but she solved my problem, helped me, and was super personable! She also let me know all the new improvements CubeSmart was making to insure the best experience! Love keeping my stuff here :)
