Needed storage for my parents so went online and found CubeSmart. The manager Gary took care of business and got my storage space in 10 minutes. Lots of sizes to choose from, decent prices and the 1st month free was great! I will use again. Thanks Gary for your help.Jay.

Note for new comers: don’t schedule your move in for a Sunday! I did this and someone had a lock on my unit and the office is closed so nobody could help me until Monday. Other then that the staff was great and quick it fix things for me.

Staff was pleasant and efficient. Establishing was easy and was able to access unit same day and start moving in. Unit was clean, easily accessible. Was able to park close to the door and use the cart to unload.

The facility located in Elyria OH is clean and spacious. We chose the storage unit based on cost, a temperature controlled environment and hours we can access the unit.Kenya was wonderful to work with! She explained everything up front regarding costs so there were no surprises. In addition, I found her Customer Service demeanor positive and refreshing in a world where real customer service is sometimes lost.Thanks Kenya!

CubeSmart is the very best in climate controlled storage — an excellent experience: safe, clean, secure, and easily accessable facilities with outstanding customer service (Georgia at 821 Cleveland Street in Elyria is just great)! A reputable company and good value overall. Highly recommended!
