Went in for a few things. Sold out of decor we were looking for and only 1 string of ornaments left. Ladies were very helpful in checking in back. We were able to find 2 steings at other family dollar stores. Lake Ave. Elyria store.

This worker told me that I couldn't use my bank card to pay for a gift card like I've done for years and when I asked him for a manager he refused that he was one and asked him for a number he just ignored me dude's new never seen him in the store before he is acting belligerent cuz he doesn't want to do his job it's honestly sad because I've been going to the store for years since it was built just about nobody there

Lake Avenue store in Elyria is the worst store. Shelf's are empty because the stock is still on the carts in the middle of the isles. The freezer's are empty too. The floors are filthy looks like they haven't been mopped in weeks. Staff and manager are very rude. I will be calling the corporate office and the health department.

Terrible ... messy items thriwn everywhere , cant get down aisles becauses boxes and carts of stock, worst so hot cant feel any air conditioning . Will not visit this family dollar again. Only positive thing I can say staff very courteous. Corporate turn on the air.
