Finish Line was closed with a sign in the window that said "temporarily closed until further notice" I checked hours and product availability online before I went. The only reason I visited the mall was to shop in Finish Line.

Today 7/8/24 went to buy a couple pair of Nike and all 4 employees were GLUED to their phones! Not 1 asked if I needed help! Not 1 even looked up! I told the young 18 year old man that was bad for business and that I would talk to management and it didn't even phase him! You need to re-train them!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Trying to buy my daughter shoes for school and every employee behind the counter either on their phones or slang talking behind the counter. No care to customers in the store. I had to walk over and ask for assistance and the young man proceeded to give me an attitude because I must have interrupted his flirt session. He was no help trying to get the right size for my daughter nor was he any help trying to find a pair of shoes. It's not the company it's the employees. DO BETTER FINISH LINE!
