Had new tires put on today and couldn’t be more pleased with the service we were given. Brandon was awesome, friendly and professional. We had scheduled the day and he asked if there was a time we needed the car back. They were done several hours before we needed it. Very pleased and will be back!

The guys there are honest about what's wrong and have no issues letting you go back and physically see and feel what they are talking about. They are willing to offer solutions and work with you when multiple things need done and budget is tight. I had a few things that needed taken care of and they didn't hesitate to say "you have the option to do it this way, hold on those, and your car will still be safe to drive". I will definitely be returning and appreciate the honesty

I recently visited Firestone to have an oil pressure light investigated. Despite having my car checked just 7 days prior, they insisted I needed extensive work done, including cleaning the battery, dumping and replacing the oil (telling me the oil weight was off), changing the oil switch and replacing the coolant. They even insinuated that the wrong oil had been used in my car, which upon further investigation, turned out to be false. This work they planned to do added up to over 800$
Additionally, they claimed there was an issue with the coolant, which had also been checked and was perfectly fine just a week earlier. When I called back, they downplayed the urgency, labeling it as "precautionary" work. I requested only the oil switch replacement, and magically, the price dropped by $300. This sudden change in pricing made me highly suspicious of their motives. Upon further research other reviews have shared similar experiences and there’s a class action lawsuit against them for charging for services and declining to share charges/services are optional.
I have no trust or confidence in this place, which seems to have tried to take advantage of an out-of-town customer. I feel they attempted to scalp me with unnecessary and overpriced services. Beware of this location!
