I’ve been going to Firestone for a bit now and recently took my jeep there for some issues i was Having. Was quoted $2800 and told all work is absolutely necessary to get done ASAP. I was Like $2800 is insane for the minor issue i was having but I’m no mechanic. I take It for a second opinion at a different place and they tell me something completely different is wrong and the cost would be $500. So happy i did not go to Firestone. My vehicle runs great now and i saved Myself $2200 by not going to Firestone who diagnosed my car incorrectly!

Absolutely terrible service just do the research on the place .people are rude and the mechanics are lazy.i work at a body shop and Im lost as to how this place is still in business.

I had half my bumper get knocked off after something on I80 hit my car. This is NOT something Firestone deals with typically but they bolted it down for me so I could dive the 300+ miles home safely. They were kind and quick and truly came to my aid. I'm incredibly grateful that despite having a limited holiday staff they took care of me and my family.

I was excited to go there after they agreed to do a last minute tire repair when all other shops i called were busy. When I got there, a customer was understandably upset (but not out of line). I guess they rescheduled his appointment, then didn't have his tires when they said they did. And when the guy expressed his discontent, the man behind the counter said to "take it up with the tire company" then brushed him off to answer the phone. The customer said "why are you walking away from me while we are talking!" The shop guys said that he can leave if he's going to be rude. But in my opinion it was the worker who was rude. Once I seen how they treat their customers, I decided I didn't want to give him my business. So I walked out with my flat tire. I hope that customer left a review too. I'm sick of bad customer service

Was here to get a car and they straight said we don’t push it out but you pushed it in to diagnose it and took the customers money tho. Will never bring my car here

Lack of respect for your time
This place is solid for my oil changes. However, I went in for a tire change and was coerced into a quick decision for an alignment (should take 2 to 2.5 hours). This went from 9am - 12:45pm.
I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday. After being told on the phone that I tires were in stock, it took them 20 minute for them to tell me they were not.
I made another appointment for the Saturday. I was promised that my precise tires would be there. Upon arrival and checking in, they told me they were not in the build and had to drive and pick up the tires for me. (the guy told me it was a glitch in the system)
My car was in the lot for an extra 20 minutes. It's pretty clear that this place needs to be ran more efficiently.

My sister went to get a diagnosticson her car and the amount of unnecessary repairs and overcharged services and parts was astounding. Definitely not a place to be trusted.

Wow I just have to personally thank Cordell & Alex saved the Day! My tires unexpectedly needed replaced last minute. I was from out of state & only had Wednesday evening to get new tires, but Cordell & Alex to the rescue to keep my family safe on the road! Thank you again for taking great care of my family & I!

Took my 2016 Jeep Compass in for a oil change. They called & let me I needed my antifreeze/ coolant changed. They gave me a good price to get this stuff done. So I allowed them do the work.
