“I ordered a flowering plant (special order) from them for a funeral, but they had to use another florist in a different town. The plant was embarrassingly small and I was furious! I called the people at Puffer's and they were very apologetic about the situation and refunded our payment completely so I could give it to the grieving family. I'm very happy with the way I was treated.”
