What a great guy! We were in town from Texas and had a suspicious noise when turning. After checking reviews we went to see Gibs thinking we needed to replace the wheel joints ($$). He was able to fix my problem with a couple zip ties and no charge! Amazing! He could’ve easy just done the job and taken my money because I felt I had be choice but he didn’t…and he also topped off the air in our tires!!

My jeep broke down on 57 in Elyria about 600 ft in front of Gibson shop... While it happened I learned that my cousin had multiple strokes and was flown to Cleveland... All of this happened on Christmas Eve... I had my jeep towed to his shop and he fixed it that day! Gave me an incredible price! I am very pleased with the work, hospitality, and the professionalism with the whole process... Gibs is now the only shop I will go to... And I will 100% be sending family and friends to this shops way.... I recommend his shop to anyone!

Took my car to Gibs because of their reviews. They gave me the best price out of several shops I called. I drove from Medina to have them service my car and I’m super pleased with the repair, the service and whole experience. They went above and beyond what I expected. They have my business from here on out.

I won't take my vehicle anywhere else period. If they can't get me in right away for some reason then I will wait until they can. When you find a great mechanic that you trust taking your vehicle anywhere else isn't even an option one should consider.

This is the place where you need to take your car when it needs a repair. The guy does good work at fair price. If it's manufacturers warranty work, take it to the dealership. If not, you should take your car here to be fixed.
