Friendly staff just crazy pricing in my opinion. This stuff is given to you and your over pricing and now the toy section s so packed in it's hard to go through probly cause priced r nuts no one what's to buy it again super friends but the individual pricing on some stuff was just insane.

Disappointed in the pricing and inventory. This store used to be decent but has changed over the past few months. Shelves are crammed and unshopable because people don't want to pay super high prices for used household goods.

The pricing here makes me never wanna goto a goodwill store again we are in Ohio you can’t charge 25$ for used stained crap. You also have things priced higher than Marshall’s which is insane

The main Office.needs to retrain these employees, and donation hours need to be consistent. These institutions want from society yet cannot provide consistency to the public, it's a 2 way relationship. We have given to this location since last year and the crae quality and attentiveness has dropped down dramatically. They are to be open Saturdays Sundays for donation until 6pm Noone is at door. Closed. Sad. Loaded truck and had it for next day this is 4th occurance. While donating with a paid truck and help we were turned away by Jennifer in Sept she was very rude. This unacceptable behavior. No reason for it she waved us off. All. Good merchandise from my parents house that passed suddenly.
I will tell others not to use goodwill.

Four workers stared me down the entire time I was shopping to make sure I didn’t steal a couple of 3$ figurines. How do they intend to keep returning customers if they treat them like thieves? Make it less obvious that you have secret shoppers too.

It's one of the larger locations I know of, they usually have plenty of things in stock but it's mostly clothing.

One of the best Goodwills in the county. Staff are usually friendly and the store is clean. They do a better job here than most locations on trying to keep their crafts/hobbies/housewares section organized. I always find something here. Be aware the entrance to Goodwill shared an entryway vestibule with Drug Mart… I see this confuse people all the time.

Prices are way too high on most items. Any and all name brands are now pulled to price higher, regardless of condition. Check out the super nice adida shirt for 13$ LOL

Amazing drop off! As soon as I arrived and backed in my car, somebody was outside, ready to unload the car for me. Extremely fast service, very nice, they made it very easy for me!

Prizes was way too high good is supposed to help but when workers look on line and price things almost new don't make any sense...I'll stop going til they get more sense about pricing items..,.
