They definitely don’t want any overtime. I was willing to tip handsomely to whoever cut my hair. I understand it was 5 minutes before they closed. But they refused because they said they were closed. Nope it was 7:54pm when I walked in 🤣 they was not closed. But whatever, the dude didn’t want the extra money.

Don't waste time and money. Customer service 👎 uneven cut Everytime. Plus stylist can't concentrate on you because they're too busy being a receptionist/ secretary To the phone and others coming in.

Tiffiny at Great Clips Chestnut Commons is the best hair stylist I have ever had,I always walk out a happy customer, they are all sweet and fun to visit, my favorite is Tiffiny she takes the time and pride in her work to make sure her customers are happy, I can't say enough about her,she also has sold me some great hair products,Tiffiny is my go to stylist, I really don't want anyone else!

I left the salon and spa where I used to spend $60 to get my haircuts here and have never looked back. These people are friendly and professional. They keep notes on what you want so any of them can give you what you want. No appointments made but no need because they are all kind and detail oriented.

I always ask for Nikki if she's working, always receive great service. This is a busy location but it is well staffed so the wait is never bad.
