Brenda has filed my taxes for my for the past 12 years, I claim my son every other year, this year was different, I filed my son and was told my ex claimed him already which I was told I had to file a amendment, I received a partial refund and had to send the amendment in myself.. which I never did in the past. Come to find out my ex didn’t claim my son this year. I called the IRS myself and they informed me that she hadn’t claimed him already which, so thank you Brenda for lying to me and I’m sure glad you received your money because I’m still waiting for mine!!! I’ll go elsewhere next year. You claimed to be my friend but your not, and also thank you for returning my phone calls, the receptionist is a moron as well!!

Excellent! The entire process of getting my taxes done was swift and smooth.My tax prep agent, Tabitha Biagi handled it with such skill and was very friendly with me.Would definitely recommend her for anyone that needs their taxes done in the near future.

Service was fast and efficient, just a few issues. First was never told the amount. Which was outrageous for taxes, over 300.00 and was never given the option to have my refund electronically deposited or mailed. Well of course electronically, so now have to wait two months for a paper refund. Not happy
